Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is needed by all cells in the production of neurotransmitters. B5 is also critical in the conversion of food in to usable energy. B5 is involved in the proper function of the gastro-intestinal tract and works with amino acid L-Carnitine and CoQ10 to promote the proper metabolization of fatty acids.
