Where do we find Vitamin E?
Since our body doesn't have the ability to produce Vitamin E, we would have to get it from other souces. Vitamin E is found in a variety of foods from vegetables to a wide range of meats. However, green leafy vegetables are the main source. Here are a list of some of the foods:
